Whilst working as part of the inhouse team at BBC Worldwide, I helped deliver the Yearly Showcase at the ACC in Liverpool. The brand dot pattern had not been fully worked out, I decided on a ratio that worked at different levels depending on the size of execution and then proceeded to work out how to implement the dots consistently, from small business cards right through to the 22 metres long brand walls. Along with this was print collateral in the form of a 180 page book and over 60 promo cards, as well as various bits of branding materials for the VIPs and guests.
The show was only on for four days but was a massive success and had lots of VIPs and Celebrities tweeting and blogging on social media.
Following on from that success was the MIPTV Showcase, where is was a much smaller scale but was promoting a brand new show called “The Collection”. Again I helped deliver all wall graphics and show elements.
